WE MADE IT (Bahamas)

We purchased Magic Dragon with intentions to sail her to the far flung reached of the Earth. To leave the USA and explore places few will ever see, and even fewer will ever get to on their own boat. But, we’ve been on the boat full-time for almost one year and we had yet to leave the USA.

That all changes.

After finishing our final check-list of predeparture jobs, we set off from Ft. Pierce, Florida; made our way south to Lake Worth, Florida; and sailed overnight to the Bahamas.

It’s a dream come true. It’s two years of banking hard work and finally cashing it out for adventure.

Thank you for coming with us through it all. We cannot wait to explore this Island paradise with you.
