Exotic Eleuthera

When we first arrived at Eleuthera, I thought of the island as a stepping stone of sorts. It was the place you went to easily get from the amazing Abacos to the enticing Exumas. Those two island groups are by far the most popular with liveaboard cruisers.

But, after spending some time in Eleuthera, I can confidently say that Eleuthera is and should be a destination unto itself.

The water is warm and clear. The anchorages are well protected. The people are friendly. It’s an incredible place.

If you get the opportunity, you will not be disappointed with a visit to this gem.
